As part of our building and pest inspection prior to buying our first home in Cairns, Pestrid performed a pest inspection. They are very thorough, know their stuff and have very good attention to detail. They also offer management plans that vary in price which we liked. Highly recommend and we will use them for any future pest works on the property.

Pestrid Cairns do our quarterly Pest Inspection and Treatments at our commercial facility which we are contractually bound to have done on a quarterly cycle.
They have now been doing this for a year and were cheaper, friendlier, more responsive, reporting systems are fantastic and we now actually know the status of our facility and the pest control - which is awesome.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Ray did an inspection and took it upon himself to pull up our carpet, without any mention or discussion. Then he stuck his head into the manhole but decided it was too hot up there so never inspected the ceiling space. What a waste of time. DON'T come to my house and start tearing it apart without talking to me first!!!

Great service from the gentleman that came out and applied the termite baits although I was told it was a free consultation except when the bill arrived they had charged me $110 for the consultation. being that it wasn't a full inspection on the house I am not sure I would use the service again. If they were going to charge me for the termite inspection they should have told me and not waited until I received the invoice. I did call them to discuss this issue but have no choice but to pay the $110 for what was supposed to be a free termite inspection!!
