Nothing like a call from your tenant in the middle of winter saying the hydronic heating isn't working. Holloway Air got out the next day, troubleshooted the problem and found the faulty cut off value, put in a temp fix while the part was ordered so I had happy tenants again.

Fantastic service. After our ducted AC stopped working they came out that afternoon and fixed it in no time. They also organised a service on the unit at a later date. Brock was very friendly and professional in his job. I I would not hesitate to use Holloway Air again.

We have used Holloways a few times now (service gas heaters, split systems and install split systems) and have always found them to be professional and helpful. The communication with the office has been very good and their tradespeople turned up on time and done a very neat job. We will continue to use them for our heating/cooling needs.

The whole team at Holloway were a pleasure to deal with, from the first call to the finished job. Everyone was friendly and helpful and thoroughly professional. I just needed my reverse cycle air con serviced, so a small job but they treated me like I was an important, big value customer and fitted me in quickly. The service tech guy was right ON TIME!!, polite, friendly and very well presented. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and got the job done quickly. And he managed to refrain from rolling his eyes and delivering a lecture when I confessed that not only had I never cleaned the filters

From first point of contact until the last point of the bill, I cannot fault anyone at Holloway Air. They have been my go to place for servicing my Heating and Air conditioning for a few years now and I would not change to anyone else. Holloway Air installed split systems for us (in our strawbale house) as well as a HWS in our rustic shearers quarters. We were concerned that "modern looking" appliances would detract from the rustic ambience we've worked hard to create here. However, they patiently allayed our fears & allowed us to have the Split System covers prepainted before installation, as well as the outside pipe covers. Their workmanship was excellent & Andy was just as concerned as us, wanting everything to look A1.
