This company and their surveillance have saved me probably 20 grand in damage costs. I had a recent accident with a Bentley on the roundabout located near their store and as a last hope called HCSWA to see if by any slim chance, their shop cameras had view of where it had taken place. Thankfully they did, proving my recount of events that the Bentley was in the wrong. I spoke with Karen over the phone initially who was very happy to provide help, once I came into the store, her and her colleague (unfortunately I did not get his name) showed me the footage and even gave me a USB they had already

I had just moved house and I had trouble getting the internet connected. HCSWA gave me advice on what to do. Then when the internet was connected. HCSWA team came promptly and installed all the data cables that were needed. They also set up my TV s to make sure all was working correctly. The team were very professional and did quality work. Great service, They arrived on time before work. were friendly and able to problem solve to provide the best solution for me. The work was completed that morning and they cleaned up the mess. What was done - found faults and corrected existing aerial setup, disconnected existing phone/internet point and moved modem to my Smart TV so we could finally get ‘on demand’. Added an additional antenna connection to a different room and connected the surround sound from our stereo to the tv and wall mounted speakers (without seeing the cords).
