Thanks so much for this product (Merlin Compatible Remote) guys. Moved into an Apartment building with a ground floor car park behind an old roller door. Of course remote given to us by real estate agent was knackered.

If I could give them less than one star I would. Absolutely ashamed of the service I received. I ordered a couple of remotes that never came. After reaching out to them a month afterwards, they told me that they’re untracked orders that could not be recovered and they would not be able to ship me another order or refund me until the previous order was returned. But obviously I was unable to return the order that never arrived. Please avoid, just wish another remote agency existed.

Recently purchased the Smart Phone Control Kit and Safety Beams for my B&D door online with delivery to Melbourne.
After calling B&D to locate a local seller, I was disappointed to find there was only two in my state, and worse yet they both wanted over $300 per part, and charged a $200 fee for installation!
After googling the parts I needed I found RemotePros website and they had what I needed much cheaper than the local companies. I ordered and the parts where delivered 3 days later to my house in Melbourne. After opening the package I realised I must have checked out with the wrong model kit

Thank you for the quick delivery. The remotes work well and are super easy to pair by following the great directions. Best bit is the new ones have a cover over the button compared to my old Merlin which if bumped open the doors. The covered buttons also great to prevent ware and tear as my original has the button missing and can not be used.
