I phoned Alistair a week after my material was delivered and asked him to check because it looked like a pack of palings were missing. Not a hint of "Why did you leave it so long to check?" or "You should have called us earlier." I was asked my best contact number and had a call back in about 15 minutes, apologising and telling me they would be… delivered by lunch time next day, that was the Saturday before Christmas. True to his word, I got home at 11 and the material was there. Competitive pricing, great customer service. Highly recommended.
