My husband and I had a super positive experience with Impressions Furniture. Sharon, in store, was very knowledgeable about the sofa bed we were buying. An extra bonus was it was discounted too.
However, our delivery wasn’t so good. It was a mix up with wrong sofa bed delivered at the very early hour of 0645 when scheduled for 8-10 that morning. I emailed Sharon and received a response asap. A very sincere apology and Scott rang as well. By 1030 our new sofa bed was delivered by two very competent men who assembled our bed and were very gracious and willing to help. We ordered a lounge suite in early July and 22 weeks later we are still waiting for it. We were assured that we would receive it in November and turn around was approx 16 weeks. We have had to ring Impressions Furniture twice now to try and find out what is happening, although at the time of ordering our lounge suite we were assured that the sales person would keep us updated if there were any delays. Sharon took our money happily and we haven't heard from her since. I understand with Covid there will be some delays, but it is now 6 weeks overdue. I accept a slight delay, but a long delay with

Booked in for delivery 2 weeks in advance only 2 call on the day and be told it hasn't been logged. No apology, no urge to remedy their mistake. Now have to wait another 2 days before they can arrange to deliver my bed and in the meantime sleep on the floor at 7months pregnant. Joke.

Excellent from shopping to delivery. Sharon our design consultant was very relaxed, professional and helpful when choosing our sofa. Very smooth process and thank you to Scott who was the warehouse manager who fit us in for our sofa to be delivered quickly!
The sofa is excellent quality. Comfortable, well made, sturdy. We went to several furniture stores but impressions always stocks the best quality with the most thoughtful design patterns.

Ordered two matching two seater leather recliners in the sale first week of March 2021 paid the deposit and advised an estimated delivery time end of April. No notifications received from Impressions called them start of May I was advised there was a shipping delay and they should be in end of May. No notifications received from Impressions called them start of June I was advised there was a shipping delay and they should be in mid June. I would avoid this store like the plague. Not being made aware of their NO REFUND policy at the time of purchase of stock items, when I did ask for a refund I was treated EXTREMELY poorly, firstly by sales staff and then the refund was rejected out of hand by their Managing Director which came outlined in an offensive email. The managing director accused me of vile behaviour in store and then when I informed him of the actual events and offered my 11 year old child as a witness he called me a liar. All other competitors provide reasonable returns, particularly on stock items. I would go to anyone

I bought an Oslo TV unit with white doors. Looked at numerous units and it was down to this and the other unit. So glad I purchased this one as it is stunning. It was also on sale, saving $300 as well as being $400 cheaper than the alternative (which also had a 16 week delivery time). The Oslo was in stock and was able to be collected at no charge. The staff were brilliant considering this was an online purchase. Hours after ordering I received a thank-you call and also instructions on collection and then a follow-up email with thanks and instructions

Purchased a Sofa last week, brought it home and realized it did not match the other furniture. I sent the manager Ryan an email the same day, got a reply back asking me to take the Sofa back and I got a credit to buy another Sofa which I did.
Excellent customer liaisons, helpful and went that little bit extra . Good job guys.
