Absolutely 5 out of 5 and then some. Great advice. Great job including fixing a disaster with an antique Moroccan rug and a general clean of another large antique Moroccan rug. Nic is very friendly and obliging. I totally recommend their service for any issue you may have with any of your rugs or upholstery.

I rang Wizard and my call was answered by Nic. I asked for my 4 piece leather lounge to be cleaned urgently in preparation for my house going on the market for sale - Nic said he could do it that afternoon, which he did. I found Nic to be professional, thorough, very pleasant and courteous to deal with. I was 100% happy with the care and cleanliness of the lounge when the job was completed and I would not hesitate to recommend Wizard. Kevin
