I wasn’t going to place a review but then decided to after the total cost. I got a quote done and found them to be unprofessional when carrying out the work. The bloke that came to do the work was distracted, worked slowly and I won’t be dealing with this company again. I’d give it a half a star if I could.

Contacted this company to clean my pool that tenants had let go green.
The initially took my card details for payment.
They treated the pool with chemicals to clear the water then said they couldn’t vacuum it.
I found that they pumped waste onto my patio.
I said that I wanted the mess cleaned up and they refused to clean it up. They deducted $300 from my card and quoted a further $1500 to finish the job.
Absolute joke of a company.

Instead of looking at the mottled "dirty"surface of my pool walls, I now have a beautiful clear translucent green pool that reflects glints of sunlight up from the bottom. After getting a quote from Blue Diamond Pools I checked their business ethic and products with other people in the industry and was assured that everything was as it should be, the product used was excellent and the price quoted was very good. The execution was efficient and no undue mess was left behind. Blue Diamond Pools ask for an upfront deposit and then partial payments as each stage is completed so you don't feel pressured

Had my pool revamped by blue diamond pools recently & wow im so happy i didn't put in a new pool. They retiled & resprayed my pool so it looks brand new & i saved so much money. Good old fashioned service, explained everything step by step & no bill shock. Thumbs up blue diamond your blokes do a top job...
