Highly Recommend Norwest Gas for your pool heating needs. Richard came over because we had just moved into a new house and the gas heater wasn't working. A different companies pool technician had come last week and given us a quote on replacing the entire system but Richard came down and was able play around with the system to solve the issue for us on the spot and showed me how to use the heater (as opposed to the other company that just looked at the system and told us to replace it). He could've easily tried to quote us on replacing the entire system as well but instead made everything easier

Our 15 yo hydronic heating boiler just died - obtained a quote from Norwestgas which was professional and extensive in its completeness. Also the best price compared to other potential suppliers given all recommended inclusions to keep my system running for years to come - which no other supplier has gone to the trouble of covering. We recently had a gas pool heater installed by Richard and Peter of Norwest Gas. Not only were they the most genuine and helpful tradesman I have encountered, they were also extremely professional and completed the job with the utmost attention to detail.
We are over the moon with the installation which has made it possible to use our pool no matter the weather.
Additionally, Richard was the only tradesman to bother to take the time to visit my home and provide a comprehensive quote. All of the other businesses that I contacted within the greater Sydney area did not even bother to return my calls
