I was very happy with the service. They turned up when they said they were going to, and were very helpful with all queries. The installation also went smoothly and the installers were super helpful. The only reason I am not rating 5/5 is for the panel position. I wish I have paid more attention as I have a shadow at about 5pm daily. However the team are looking at optimiser options, and so still very helpful. Will definitely use them again.

I would like to recommend energy saviours to anyone who is wanting to get solar panels installed . My process was pretty smooth where I was explained everything . Installation also happened within a short span of time by a very good electrician . Inspections and paper work was also sorted pretty quickly . I have not dealt with such excellent customer service in such a long time, very impressed. Energy saviours have been wonderful to deal with and I am very happy with the quality of service. I really have not had to do much, they have taken care of everything. I am very pleased with the quality of my panels. I was kept up to date throughout covid lockdown, informed very well. The installation guys were awesome also throughly explaining everything, were punctual and did not leave any mess behind. Thanks Shaun, Vipul and team, keep up the great work!

Cant say enough about the service I received from Energy Saviours, from beginning to end ...Sumeet was the only one who actually came to the house for an inspection about the installation. Even though this was just before the last lockdown I was kept informed every step of the way about the delay in installation due to the lockdown, and then the installation date, and after the installation the removal of the old panels... excellent would recommend them to anyone, well done all the team at Energy Saviours.

Our experience with Energy Saviours was excellent. They were only too happy to travel outside of Melbourne to rural areas to discuss the installation and to install the system. Their quote was very reasonably priced for a quality system. Communication was always immediate and all our questions were happily answered and assisted with. After installation, the inspector told us that they had done a great job. We are confident in recommending them to others.

Sam was an open book, spend a couple of hours with me to explain in detail the technologies available and the best solution for my requirements. He also went through in detail how much energy and money I would save on average. I had my system installed last Thursday and the complete process was transparent honest and I had all my queries answered.… In short I got a crash course on how a Solar system works.
