I had to employ another plumber to complete my gas cooktop replacement. Our stone bench top had to be cut to enable the installation of the new appliance. When the stonemason had finished I rang to get the installation of completed. I was booked on for six days time do would have to buy takeaway for theses days. So I paid for half job and mr fittings and regulator are gone. Getting another plumber was expensive as these fittings had to be replaced. Be aware as bookings are excessively slow to happen.

Insist on a tax invoice with warranty and parts/labour etc. Do not go for the usual "just call us and we will fix it". Paid cash for various work done and was disappointed to see no responsibility taken when service was required within the warranty period. All excuses were quoted when service was required inspite of giving multiple jobs with upfront cash payment. ALWAYS insist on tax invoice and check for obligation free quote/warranty etc. Full after service assurance but does not live up to it.
