Not happy with this place. No attention to detail. Did not do much more than I could have done myself. First lot of cleaners spoke barely any English and there was no communication.
Not willing to take responsibility for the carpet changing colour after they cleaned it. They sent more cleaners out and the same result.
May need to replace carpet. They did give a discount but kept saying the carpet was old and it could not have been their fault.
If you want a simple clean then go ahead but do not trust them with your carpets. But if it was me I would find someone else.
