Brilliant service. Called because I had a broken hot water system near lunch time on Friday. A plumber arrived about 2pm and pronounced the system dead.
He returned with a temporary system to keep us in hot water over the weekend and then a team removed the old system and replaced it with a professionally installed new one by noon on Monday.

Excellent service. I called this morning with a kitchen hot water tap that wouldn’t turn off & was expecting a weekend of cold showers. From Emily who answered my call to Gavin who attended right on time, I couldn’t fault the service I received today. Emily’s customer service on the phone was 10/10. Gavin was friendly, courteous & efficient. No bill shock here. I thought the charge was very reasonable & fair. I found a leak in my front wall tap Friday morning, I gave them a ring and was told they were booked out until Monday but if someone becomes available they would send someone out asap. Well I received a text not two hours later that someone was on their way there to fix it. I have used their services 3 times now and they have always been well priced, on time and efficient. I can't fault the guys and if there is a delay for what ever reason they will follow up with phone calls or real time updates on the arrival time of their tadies so you are never left in the dark . Would highly recommend to anyone

I have just used Gavin and his team for the first time to replace and install a new gas hot water system and a new gas regulator. I can’t speak more highly of their professionalism and friendliness. Emily in the office spoke so lovely on the phone. The work was carried out promptly from the quote given by Gavin, and the tradesman Mark worked with great pride, and detail to making sure everything was done correctly and neatly.
