Over the last 15 odd years iv installed metal roofing for Jamie on the majority of his projects . I get to see builders of all types .. the good ... the bad ...and the ugly . Every time I work for Jamie I only see quality work and a team thats always doing the wright thing for there client . I would highly recommend JAK Building to anyone who is after the services of an honest , quality builder that doesn't take short cuts !

Jamie and his team renovated our house nearly ten years ago and it still looks fresh and contemporary today. His team are reliable, honest, highly skilled and just good fun to interact with each day. Jamie has clever building solutions to complex design problems. He listened carefully to our architect’s ideas and made them a reality. Our… project was within budget and ahead of time because he and his team show up early every day to get the job done. Jamie renovate our terrace in Summer Hill after a tree fell on it and damaged it. He did an amazing job. The finishes were beautiful. Jamie is very trustworthy and his work was outstanding.
