Contacted Ian to quote the job, but 4 months on, we were still waiting for the job to be done. When he did finally get back to us, which was literally 2 days before the second lot of dates I’d text & offered as being suitable (I’d text dates previously & had never received a reply) , he said he’s concerned he’s under quoted. Very disappointing!! The communication in the lead up was unprofessional, the man who quoted the job failed to even tell us he was quoting for Bendigo Tree Services, and then, to have waited 4 months only to be told the quote wasn’t going to be what we were expected

We had Ian and Katie come to our house for a quote to remove 2 very large trees. As we were very happy with the quote Ian gave we employed him to proceed and remove the trees. Ian was very prompt, professional and informative. He and Katie proceeded with the removal of the trees and Ian made the process very easy. He kept us updated on everything that had to be done and Katie was a super woman in dragging the branches down to the chipper and grinding them down to mulch. They are a delightful couple and work very efficiently and quickly. The job was over in no time. We highly recommend them and
