Absolute rubbish. We asked for double glaze and confirmed the quote/order. Then they realised when I paid the second part of the quote that they were only single glazed. Said they were sorry and would have fixed in two weeks. It took 5 weeks. Then provided a frosted window which I never asked for and they refused to remake, saying it’s their default to provided frosted glass in a window unless we specify. What a joke. Avoided my calls and emails. And in the end really rude response from their manager.

Very unhelpful, manager James lies, won’t send employees when they are booked in, product not ready on due date, lacking quality control. Have used Westal with great results previously, but since James involved experience has been a nightmare. Employees are excellent and helpful but can only do as they are directed. Would not recommend and won’t be using this company again in the future.

The most appalling service ever. Delivered windows and doors and dumped them in a Paddock with pending storm coming after being asked twice to leave the windows in the garage. Windows ended up being covered in dust and mud and damage. Cross bars on windows and doors were delivered with sticky tape still on them. 17 Doors were installed opening in even though they were shown on the plan to be opening out!! Doors were supplied with fly screens even though that was not what was ordered and not wanted. When we brought the error of the doors opening inwards they demanded final payment before they would
