Sent photos of the problem and was told it was the rollers $400 fix only to be told not sure when he could fix it and wasn’t sure if he could’ve bothered So I fixed with the same rollers my self which are sold at cunning’s for $40 a set

This man Jamie was awesome. For the second time recently he worked tirelessly on a 45 years old glass sliding door and fixed it so it runs perfectly. Recommended by a fourth generation building company in Hobart city. He was on time for our home out of the city by 30 mins. A man who was respectful and diligent but who would not wear fools gladly. Highly recommended in an industry where there are few others of his skill and forbearance. Done three doors. More to come. At a very reasonable price. Cheers. Tim

$250 call out fee and expected me to remove the doors and take photos beforehand. He arrived and was so negative about the installation and my version of the door's history. Then he had little idea of how to resolve the problem. I realised I'd made a really bad decision contacting him. He was then very persistent about immediately getting paid. Very poor customer relations from Jamie, best to try elsewhere.

Takes alot for me to get upset about tradies, but really disappointed. Our door needed repair. I had removed a couple of brackets and part of the frame before realising I was out of my depth, then called them for help. My wife was home. He looked at it and refused to do anything (I'm assuming because I had taken of the brackets). She tried to find out why amd he was extremely rude to her. She asked if he could call me to clarify any issues and he refused and left. Have sent messages and tried to call without response.
