Unfortunately the doors arrived and did not come as per the photos on the sales site. Gumtree and Facebook Market place both had photos of the doors without permanent etching on the glass. The company refused to accept and acknowledge that there advertising photos did not match the product delivered. Fair Tracing NSW are now handling the case. The company refused to acknowledge the Australian Consumer protection rights. I’m still waiting to hear from Jay Wilson from Simply Doors. Disappointing all round and quality of doors was definitely on the low end side for the price!

Wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. Bought 6 panel bifold and 3 panels are damaged with dents. Dodgy Delivery company banged them at the the time, but I unwrapped them 3 weeks later to see damage (kept them wrapped to protect them) . They won't take responsibility. Even painting of aluminium panels is awfully done (paint runs along the frame). Parts missing. Not worth the hassle. Go somewhere else.

Purchased several windows and doors from this company and can say we are really happy with the end result. High quality and the best price I could find. They helped me select what was the best fit for our place. Several months on and we have had no issues. The windows block out the heat and street sound which is fantastic and we love the frame color. They have really helped modernise our house now. Lovely and friendly to deal with - we will back for more!

Poor customer service. Jay the salesperson personally measured the opening for our bifold doors and ensured is the purchased doors would fit. However, the measurements were not correct and the carpenter who installed them need to undertake considerable work in order to rectify the issue. In addition, then 3 panels of the bifold window are not completely inline.
Upon conversation with Jay, he stated that he does not guarantee his measurements and states that we needed to you his installer.

Door arrived without the screws to assemble. They took 2 follow up calls to send these. Door handle pre drilled holes were wrong. Instructions were not easy to read even though we had an experienced builder installing it ( and had to call for the instructions to be emailed to us) It's in now, looks OK, but would not buy again. Whole process was a ball up.

Well, I will say - I am impressed. I ordered a door Tuesday 1:45PM and it was delivered at 6:30AM Wednesday, it was then installed before lunch that day.
My builder was more than impressed with the quality, look and feel of the door - the only think I will say I am not thrilled on is the fly screen doesn’t lock on the cedar door and only slides shut.
Regardless, value for money here.

Best in the business. We called at 3:30pm and Nikki helped me and gave me fresh ideas for my door leading to the backyard. Nikki and the team even accommodated for me at 3:50pm and getting my door sent to me the following morning. That is the best customer service I have seen ever in my life. I will recommend anyone and everyone to use simply doors and windows. Nikki and the team have made our day in supplying us these beautiful colonials french bifold doors. My experience with this company has been horrendous. Firstly the door supplied was incorrectly boxed which resulted in it opening the incorrect way, it was also missing multiple parts for the handle. It took 3 attempts over 2 months before they finally sent the correct parts for the handle and the replacement door did not arrive for 3 months despite being promised it would be ready in 1. To top this off I needed to pay to have the incorrect door uninstalled and the correct door re-installed because of their inability to correctly package their products. The people I dealt with were polite however

I ordered 3 double door sets a few weeks ago. The order was a week or so late and Mari was proactive and generous in offering me a wider/more expensive set at same price as I had paid. I declined but at all times was informed of order status. The delay was not of their doing. The order arrived to my central Vic place around 20 hours ex Sydney. The two transport guys were polite friendly and helpful and without them we could not have got the order onto my flat tray Landcruiser and up a steep drive. This company is terrific.
