My ducted heating unit needed a replacement. Found BP Heating & Cooling via a local Facebook group. I message BP Heating & Cooling via FB and Alyssa responded very promptly and answered all my questions. Called up and spoke to Olga who organised everything with my agent. The quote received from BP Heating & Cooling was the most reasonable. Was kept in the loop, receiving updates via SMS. Joe did the replacement and is top honest bloke. BP Heating & Cooling recently installed one of their CO2 Monitors and we couldn't be happier. With a 4yo at home, knowing our house is safe from CO2 poisoning puts our mind at ease. Brodie and his team were so easy to liaise with and their professional approach and knowledge was fantastic. Have used them before to replace an old central heater unit and they are always great. Highly recommend them.

Both technicians who attended our job (Joe & Gavin) were fantastic. They were friendly, professional and helpful with their explanations etc. We really appreciated their work. We also thought the upfront and honest approach to the work and giving us an understanding of service price etc (when other companies we called and others we have used before all tried to avoid this) was refreshing and helpful. I wanted to find a company that had a "Responsive" customer service when I needed it, which is hard to find in this industry.
We have had a Heating System installed at our house and an Evaporative Cooling System replaced at our townhouse recently by BP Heating & Cooling.
All I can say is their service is excellent. After initial miscommunication with their receptionist I gave them the benefit of the doubt and their management, Alaysha and Brodie , did their upmost to service our needs with sound advice and prompt customer service. I would indeed recommend their services.

Just moved into a house that had been previously rented for some time so thought it would be a good idea to get the ducted heating serviced. Brodie did an excellent job, was efficient and took the time to go over everything he competed in the service. He also arrived within the allocated time frame which is rare for tradies. Excellent price as well.

Woke up one cold morning and my ducted heating wouldn't blow warm air even after 30 minutes of running. Called Brodie from BP Heating & Cooling and he was at my door in 2 hours to check it out for me. Upon inspection Brodie informed me that the jets needed cleaning and a service would be a good idea.
1 hour later and my ducted heating was running new like when it was installed 15 years ago.
