I have been dealing with JK Bathrooms at Heathmont. I can say I have never had such appalling service in my life. The service was unprofessional and inept. Once I had placed the order I never had a query call returned by the staff and the goods have not been delivered and I have had to cancel my order as I had no confidence in the order ever being delivered and my builder couldn’t proceed with the renovations leaving me without a bathroom for weeks. Very poor!!

A huge thankyou to Michelle at the Heathmont store for her fantastic customer service!. Our builder realised a towel cabinet bought from Bourne had a crack on it as he was installing it. Rather than waiting for… a response from the manufacturer Michelle made the decision to replace the cabinet straight away for us and even had it delivered to us on site the same day so the builder could continue with installing it. It is rare these days to experience such service! Our builder speaks very highly of the company and we will certainly recommend Bourne to others.

Hi, I called the Clifton Hill store on October 8 and spoke with Deborah Gray and made a payment over the phone as a deposit to order two Aqua pure filters. I was advised it would be sent from Sydney and arrive in a couple of days. One week later I called to check the status and was told by Deborah Gray that she would check the status and call me… back in a couple of minutes. 45 minutes later I rang as I hadn't heard from her, and after realising the items weren't in store advised her to please cancel my order as I can pick it up immediately from another store. I have since sent 3 emails

Do not go to Bourne store at Keysborough. Laura, Manager of the store does not know what she is doing when ordering. She order mirror without telling the customer what size of the mirror. She went ahead ordered 6 mirrors (3 big mirrors and 3 small mirrors) while I said to her I need 3 mirrors for the 3 bathrooms. She stuff up the order and then blame it to the customer. She does not want to refund the money even when was told to do so by the Manager higher up. She continue to play game and refuse to refund the last $500. Wasting a lot of my time dealing with her. I cannot believe she is the Manager
