APPALLING customer relations.
Phoned end of the week, was advised a unit becoming available beginning following week.
I suggested would be at office to secure first thing Monday.
Attended office 0930, no manager on site.
I phoned and was advised would be there 15-20 mins.
I waited 1 hr.
Phoned twice.
No answer.
Third time was told he would return my call after 30 mins, was "in a meeting".
Did not return my call.
If this person is managing this business on your behalf he is apathetic, complacent and dishonest.
Very poor experience.
