Jeremy arrived at the job on the dot and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had a plumber do the same job a year ago which wasn't very good compared to Jeremy. He found problems which was not discovered previously and gave recommendations in my best interest which was to wait for some time and see how it goes as opposed to pressuring me to fix it asap. It's comforting to know he is a trustworthy tradie which is rare to find these days and will definitely use his services again. I am now pending a quote from him for a bigger job before deciding when to proceed. Thanks

Jeremy and team were at our place earlier in the week for an ongoing slow draining toilet. There dedication and diligence lead to the discovery of tree roots in the main sewage line which they promptly blasted clear. They did not ready until everything was in proper working order. I highly recommend Better Flow Plumbing. They are dedicated, diligent and professional.

Jeremy and team are lifesavers! Our hot water heater broke late Sunday night. They arranged for a new heater to be delivered to our house first thing Monday morning, were there to install it immediately and took away our old one. Great service, professional and friendly, I can't recommend them enough.

I had the Jeremy and Mat From BetterFlow Plumbing come to my home to fix some leaks in my roof, and they were absolutely amazing! We had a bad smell come from the side of our house one night, we called Jeremy and he was here within the hour.
Within minutes he was able to detect the leak and worked his magic to clear the blockage. Jeremy was very polite and patient, he was able to also educate me on what has happened.
