Services
Concrete cutting, also known as concrete sawing, involves the use of specialised petrol, diesel, electric or hydraulic powered equipment driving diamond-edged saw blades that can cut through materials such as reinforced concrete, asphalt and paving materials. Ace's specialist operators are engaged by domestic home owners, building trades, construction and government clients to provide the range of services listed below.
Concrete Hand sawing is ideal for jobs such as cutting relatively thin concrete floor, brick, block, concrete pipes and concrete walls. The hand held powered saw provides portability, accessibility, and speed on sites. Especially where there may be tight spaces to deal with. The maneuverability of smaller machines makes them versatile and capable of a wide variety of purposes.
In order to open up a wall for electrical and gas services we used stitch coring to remove a large section. With a core measured at 100mm in diameter cores were drilled to remove a 1010mm x 260mm section to run the necessary cabling and pipes. In order to provide access to electrical and gas services for repairs we needed to remove a large section of wall from a basement.
High frequency Wall Sawing provides an efficient and accurate means of cutting door and window openings, thick concrete slabs, bridge decks, tunnel openings, dam walls, swimming pools and any other large concrete sections. The high frequency wall saw has circular blade on a track mounted driver head.

One of Ace Avants trucks in Acworth GA (North Carolina tag) almost wrecked my car with 2 kids in the backseat speeding we would have been severely injured. Then the driver proceeded to throw his hands up and yell after doing this. The most unsafe work truck violation iv witnessed. This driver needs to be off the roads immediately before he kills someone. Do bot use this company.
