I have 20 years experience in Commercial and Government Architectural Design, including Brief Development, Yield Analysis, Concept Design, Development Approvals, Sales and Marketing materials, Code Compliance, and all phases of design and construction documentation, including full Principal Consultant and Project Management Services, tailored to your project.
When completed in 2004, this was the most energy efficient office building in the country being the first to achieve an ABGR 5 star rating. The only regional building to achieve a triple 6 star rating under the Greenstar Office v2 rating scheme. This is my experimental project which I use to trial ideas without putting the burden on clients.
Before coming to Australia in 1999, I worked with a large Architectural Practice in Cardiff, Wales. I started Life Design Consulting in 2017 as I wanted to develop a practice focused on providing good design advice to smaller clients. From 1993 to 1998 I completed the 2 Architectural Degrees required to register as an Architect at Cardiff University in Wales, one of the UK's leading universities.
