Having being a previous customer I thought i would use them again as the first time around the service was seamless, from quote to install there was never an issue and my heating and cooling worked a treat.
Called the team a few days ago for my new home, i was after a quote and the team realised I was a returning customer and gave me an unbeatable price for a top of the range evaporative cooler.
They are a world of knowledge and really take the time to understand your needs and requirements

Great experience from start to finish with our evaporative cooling installation. Clyde and Adrian were both timely and thorough with communication and advice. Quote was very competitive, and installation was completed within a week of booking. Installer (Scott) was very professional, respectful and punctual. Very happy with the service provided, and trust that if we encounter any issues we will be treated with the same level of professionalism. Highly recommend.

Fantastic company to deal with. Clyde answers all your questions, no matter how silly you may think they are. Scott who installed out evaporative cooler was punctual, professinal, respectful, took off his shoes inside!(rare to see in a tradie). Highly recommend these guys for your cooling installations. They even came out to the other side of Melbourne for us. Will use them for future services and recommend to others.

Been meaning to write this review for a while. We had 3 quotes for a new gas ducted heating install. Sustainable air were very competitive, but more importantly I found them responsive, professional and gave good advice. I decided to proceed, and within 6 days of our quote our system had been installed. Adrian and Clyde were both great, but our installer was the stand out to me. Clean, professional, considerate and treated the install like it was his own. Nothing was too difficult, even found a small leak in the roof and fixed it for me. One of the best trades I've had through the house after 9

We used Sustainable Air to replace our ducted service in the middle of the COVID lockdown. Clyde from Sustainable Air was extremely professional and gave great advice - we had our heater replaced within 48 hours and ended up saving money in the process. My wife said the crew that came were excellent - efficient and polite, and respected all the social distancing conventions required during lockdown. Craig Dennis and his team were professional and courteous and really wanted to get the job right. Josh who installed the ducted heating was terrific. It was a tricky install (Victorian house, triple ceiling in one area, unexpected brick wall) and it took several visits to get distribution of heat even but Sustainable Air never hesitated.

Sustainable air recently installed ducted heating and cooling in our apartment. They attended our property soon after we called to provide a quote and were able to schedule us in within 1 to 2 weeks. To our surprise they worked hard to completed the job in one day. They were communicative throughout the process and the tradespeople performed a quality installation.

I would absolutely recommend Sustainable Air. From the outset, all dealings that I had with the company were friendly and professional, and each step happened with minimal waiting time (from initial contact, to quote and then from quote acceptance to install). The install guys were great - polite, clean and tidy, and talked through all that they were doing and were happy to answer any questions that I had.

I was extremely happy with the service from start to finish. Prompt response to my query, starting with the lovely Faye, honest evaluation of the system best suited for my home by Craig and drama-free, expert installation by David and the electrician (whose name escapes me) all very friendly and courteous; probably had too much a chin-wag with David though LOL. The feeling of warmth throughout the house in a matter of minutes with the new Braemar gas ducted heating is amazing; can't believe what we have been missing out on for the last 17 years with just a wall furnace!
