Initially, the communication was good, the office staff rang to arrange another mutually convenient day and time.
On the day Graham rang to advise that he was running late and apologized.
The summarized quote came back, we then requested some clarification regarding the quote via email, we were advised this would come via another email, despite emails, emails via Instagram, ringing Graham's mobile (just rang out) and finally ringing the office, we’re still waiting for our questions to be answered.
What started out as so positive has ended very disappointingly for us, very poor customer communication

Graeme and the team at Platinum worked with us on designing and installing full perimeter security PVC fencing and automatic gates. They also installed three rail post and rail horse fencing for our property in upper Coomera. Graeme and his team were awesome to work with. With a can do attitude and willingness to make sure the job was exactly how I imagined it with an eye for detail and positive attitude. Graeme's happy disposition made this first project a joy to bring to fruition as nothing was a problem for them. We will be using Platinum again as we proceed with creating our dream property

We done extensive research before choosing the right company as we wanted that Hampton's look PVC fencing, the quality of fencing supplied by Platinum was far better then others we had found, the colour was a nice crisp white and we are over the moon. Highly recommended thank you Graeme.

Initially deleted my first review as I thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt about being non responsive. Waited over 1 week to actually get a quote and that was after I had to chase it up twice. Only got a quote about an hour after I left a one star review. I wrote it off as coincidence though I think that's probably not the case. Replied straight away to the quote and haven't heard back since. Pretty poor way to conduct business. If you're too busy or the job is too small just let people know. 👍

Graeme and the team supplied and installed our fence and we are pleased with results.
However, communication needs improving.
For our fence, we initially were told it will be a 3 week lead time but it ended up being 6 weeks. Granted, it was due to supplier delays from border restrictions but we only found that out after following up at the 5 week mark.
Now that we are ready to have gates installed, It’s been 1 month since contacting Graeme to organise someone to come out to properly quote. During that time, we have emailed 3 times with no response. Only until early last week after texting
