Sales Representative Leigh was excellent and professional to deal with. The guys that fitted the door and flashings were professional, friendly and easy to deal with.

The service I received from Twin City Roller Doors was great. I tried my hand at a bit of DIY to install a motor on one of the doors. Not as easy as I thought it would be. Then it looked easy again after I called Twin City. They came out and sorted out the roller door for me, fixed my mistake and just made the doors work much better than when they were originally installed.
Highly recommended.

A great experience from start to finish. Glenn, Michelle and the team were professional and really knew their business. Fantastic job and a great team to deal with, very helpful through out and it was far from a straight forward job. They worked with me to overcome all the obstacles.
Unfortunately the door was sent to them with the wrong springs so the lift motor would have failed prematurely, but thanks to the high level of professionalism of the guys fitting the door the correct parts were sourced from the manufacturer and they come back in a timely fashion and fixed it up.
So big thanks to you all for your efforts.

Very impressed with the prompt and effective service. One of our manual garage roller doors jammed shut about three quarters of the way down as I was leaving to go to work. I rang Twin City Roller Doors at about 2.30pm, got a quote and was told that a technician would be at my house after 4.30pm that day. I got home at about 4.30pm to find the garage door had been fixed and was operating “better than ever”. How can you beat that? I organised payment over the phone, the whole process being very smooth. Super impressed!

I have used this company since the original installation in 2000. Every time the service has been excellent. This time I expected it was necessary to have a return call because of the complexity of the problem (some damage to the door and new motor required) but the technician (Shane?) said he would fix it on the spot. It was very efficiently repaired to as new standard. One of the few companies I deal with that has customer service at the forefront.
