We had our outdoor paving done by our builder (Exactus, pavers supplied by Bernini) about 5years ago.
A pallet crumbled on delivery and most have been flaking, splitting and crumbling and retaining moisture ever since. The pavers are so bad they have bowed and our feet are covered in pebbles and grit after walking on them.
Both the builder and Bernini refused to acknowledge there was a problem, although many other tradies and professionals have acknowledged the issue.
5 years later we are having to replace their dodgy product.
It was a very expensive, stressful and disappointing experience

Walked in on tuesday and apparently i interrupted an important phone call when i called out to see where the staff were after waiting 5 full minutes a guy comes out as if i was putting them out ,typical rude and poor subiaco service ,missed out on $7500 sale worth of stone i bought elsewhere the same day 🤷♂️

The stone feature wall cladding is impressive in scale and how you have been able to book match the stone slabs to reveal the natural patterns in what is a substantial and prominent feature of the whole project.
We have appreciated Karl’s efforts in the accurate site measure and install of the stone walls and bench tops and the coordination with Jeremy and Reece at Optima Interiors, and all your guys have worked well and supported how we have been running
