I arranged through RACV Club Home Response for a new air conditioning unit to be installed at our investment property, when the old one broke down. Janine at 21 Celsius has been very helpful in organising a replacement unit, which is of a much better quality than the old one and at a much better price than what we were quoted with another company. She also kept me up to date with the progress, from obtaining quotes to when the unit was to be installed. From my experience 21 Celsius is a reliable business providing excellent quality products and service at a very reasonable price.

Got my new duct heater installed by this company via RACV yesterday. The technicians are professional & responsible. The quote is not so much different from other suppliers however I am very happy with the quick response in this cold winter time. Jim & Reece attended my home not only installed the system but also keep the impact to the house (noise, whole on the wall, dust) at very minimum level. Great appreciated.

He is brilliant an having awesome knowledge in diagnosing the issue in no time and he also ensured that he checked all other possibility for the cause and explained me in detail. Super happy with 21 Celsius! The technician came out to assess my condenser, which had shorted out on a hot day. This was a second opinion, as the first company who came out to look at the issue still hadn’t sent me a diagnosis or a quote three weeks after their visit (although in a phone call they said I needed coolant and there was a leak, so we’re talking $4000 or so). 21 Celsius’ technician checked it out, explained everything to me, told me there was nothing wrong with my system, it was just the load being reduced on a super hot day, fixed some insulation on a pipe and went on his way

Called Celsius 21 today as the a/c in one of our treatment rooms was leaking.We are unable to perform tests without the a/c working. Spoke to Janine a lovely receptionist who went out of her way to organise for someone to come at short notice. Tech arrived on time was very polite and friendly and repaired the problem. We will definitely use this firm again.
