Had my keys stolen along with my id. Had Tom come around to change my locks and within 2 hours of calling my locks were changed and my house was secure again. He was professional, efficient, friendly, helpful, on time and extremely knowledgeable. All for a fantastic price.

The person who answers the phone is an abrupt and condescending, rude man. I'm glad I pushed through that, because the experience, other than his attitude, was great! Very fair pricing, prompt booking and the person who came out, Tom, knew his stuff, is professional, on time, friendly. I'd use them again.
