Easily one of the best home renovation experiences I ever had. Nikhil was easy to contact, in home visit for quote was quickly set up, and he arrived on time. Nikhil is very friendly, knowledgeable and interested in ensuring a pleasant experience. After some discussion, we decided on shutters and blinds, as well as automating some of the blinds due to the height of the room. It was a pleasure from start to finish to work with Nikhil and Artivo Shades to install an awning over my patio. From picking out the fabric and the colour, to following his recommendations, and to the installation itself, Nikhil was knowledgeable about every detail. The work was meticulous and done on time. Nikhil from Artivo Shades installed an awning for us this summer. Now we did run into a number of supply chain issues due to COVID but Nikhil was great about sending us updates and he kept us informed all the way through the process. The price was fair and installation was painless but the customer service was great and I would highly recommend Nikhil and Artivo Shades.

I had Artivo Shades install a beautiful retracting awning to the patio last week. It is a full-cassette awning-Solidux Sulita. I would highly recommend Nikhil if you are in the market. He has an attention to detail and courteously answered my questions in the months leading up to the installation. The awning is sleek and modern looking. I felt his price was fair.

Owner Nikhil is extremely knowledgeable on the subject of shades. Artivo did our awning for us. Nikhil shares generously his knowledge and I know we have picked the right company for our need. While there was a delay with our awning order. Nikhil has always kept us in the loop along the way. And when he got the order ready, he accommodated our request to have the installation rushed knowing that we were going to be on vacation in the next 2 weeks.
Nikhil is a perfectionist and so is Patrick (the other installer). They came around 3pm and finish the job within 3 hours time.

Nikhil from Artivo Shades provides exceptional service, he has a vast collection of shades and blinds to choose from. I was specifically looking to have blinds that let in maximum light whilst providing privacy from the outside. Having an old house with uneven original windows Nikhil installed the blinds so they look perfect against the window frame. Extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Nikhil.
