I had been looking for some quality soft furnishing for our living space for ages, coming from a pedantic and paranoid buyer myself, Nordik has certainly lived up to my expectation! Trinh the owner has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the whole process, delivery was fast and accurate. Highly recommended if you are a fussy buyer with a good taste.

I purchased a dining table from Nordik Living and received it the next day. The fast shipping and incredible service were what won me over, however I did not expect to love my dining table as much as I did - I cannot stop admiring how beautiful it is! I thought it was really great value for money and I will definitely keep Nordik in mind when shopping in the future for furniture!

I purchased a pot and stand from Nordik Living two weeks ago. Because of lockdown restrictions, I wasn't able to pick my order up (outside my 10km radius) so I contacted Nordik Living via email and asked if it could be shipped to me. Trinh initially told me it would be delivered by the end of the week/early next week but I was pleasantly surprised as it was delivered today! That never happens! Trinh was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me. I also purchased walnut dining chairs last year and they are excellent quality. I highly recommend Nordik Living - excellent quality

However above all, the friendliness and customer service provided by Trinh and her team was second to none. Great online buying experience, the team were really helpful on the online chat and helped me select great pieces. They even recommended that I had bought one piece too many and advised me to remove it. The furniture was delivered 2 days after purchase by 3 very helpful guys that assembled it all and took all the packaging away. The quality is great and overall I am really happy with NordikLiving. Highly recommended.

Recently purchased the concrete dining table and small outdoor side table. Both products of great quality, look awesome and at very affordable prices. Excellent friendly customer service from Trinh who was extremely helpful from the very start and until after delivery. The items were shipped out quickly and the delivery guys were great and very careful in assembling. Very happy!

The best service from an online business that I have received. From my initial email asking about different size tables Nordik have gone above and beyond by providing multiple pictures of the tables I was asking about as well as pictures of some other items I was also interested in.
One of the items was out of stock which they advised when I was ordering and asked me if I wanted to wait or just go ahead with the in-stock items.
Now, the best way to judge a business is when something isn't quite right. In this case, one of our chairs was quite wobbly. I emailed Nordik and they had a new one shipped
