DO NOT USE!!! Booked a locksmith to come out as my partner and I had been locked out of our house. Using the website, it said $45 call out fee and $45 service fee. We we given a 35 minute time frame by the office and the locksmith but waited over an hour, then when they arrived we were told it would not be $90 but more than twice what we were expecting. Locksmith was nice but the staff in the office were incredibly rude to the point where they would just talk over me constantly on the phone. We were shocked at how poor the customer service was and HIGHLY RECOMMEND looking elsewhere. I despise any

Guy came, turned ignition on, no lights, said that he can bet that there isn't immobilizer issue without having closer look.
Obviously he wasn't aware that in some vehicles all the dashboard goes through the immobilizer installed in to the dashboard.
Other guy, came over, hooked up he's computer and suprise - everything was back online.

This man has helped me immediately 24hrs. I had to call out another locksmith last night and called him up because he was at my residence within 15mins previous to previous prior call-out. I was locked inside due to someone taking my keys. I said if if my drunk, abusive father cant come out {but was intending to)...I'd call him straight back. Father confirmed..and G**** stayed on the phone for nearly an hour to make sure I was OK. Did counselling work that I don't want anyone reading and taking advantage of. I got locked out of my unit after coming home from a night out on the town. It was about 3am in the morning. Call a few so called 24 Hour Locksmiths. My deadlock failed as I was trying to leave my unit locking me inside. I called George from Locksmith Brisbane and he was able to tell me how to get out using a kitchen knife. Lost my car keys on Friday night, so I started ringing for a locksmith to come out and make a new key for me. I tried a number of locksmiths but despite advertising a 24 hour service, none actually answered their phones. I finally tried one more locksmith and to my surprise they answered. James came out within 30 mins. I highly recommend SMA Locksmiths Brisbane as a legitimate 24 hour locksmith service. 5 Star Service.

Paid $340 for 2 keys to be cut and coded which isn't a bad price. The keys start the car, lock the the car but will not unlock it when I rang up I was told that it was because the lock was "damaged" but when I only lost the key I had only the day before unlocked the car with ease. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Has to have been the worst service I have ever had.

Very unhappy !!! I was locked out and they said they would be 40 minutes ( I picked them because I live in the Valley -- it was late at night and I was very scared - It took then almost 2 hours to arrive and each time I rang the man was extremely rude. The guy who turned up didn't even have any ID -- and insisted on CASH which raised an alarm but rather than argue I paid and was glad to see him gone. When I told my partner he checked and they are not located in Brisbane but rather work from a house in West End - Something very fishy about them -- I wish someone had done a review on them before
