We got our blinds and shutters installed through Laura and Sasha and could not be happier about this decision. They took a lot of pain to work with us and advise us regarding the quality and health aspects of the various materials (including trying to source some natural fibre based blind materials). Both the material and installation quality are flawless and has been tailored for our old Victorian style home. These are people I will trust with my eyes closed in the future. Sasha even suggested not buying a pelmet through them as it would not go with the character of the house, not many in today

Melbourne Shutters and Blinds installed all new shutters in my home and I am so impressed with the final outcome. My shutters are all custom designed for my unusual sash windows and I was told by a few other companies that shutters weren’t possible for most of my windows. No problem for Sasha though.

I cannot recommend Laura and Sasha's service more. Professional yet friendly, they were very quick to respond and accomodate my timelines and budget. The end product is of very good quality and did not disappoint, and has added a great finish to the room.
Special thanks to Laura who went above and beyond when I had to get some adjustments done to the curtains due to some structural changes in my windows. She very patiently helped me manage and arrange for a re-install at no direct cost to herself – such excellent after-sales service is very rare these days.

We had a great experience with Melbourne Shutters. Laura was always available for clarifications and also very happy to help if needed. The installation guys were polite, clean and precise. They were on time the day of the installation, thing that is not really common with other tradies. Shutters look really good, it's been only one month but we are really happy so far.

Working with Sasha, Laura and the team was probably the easiest thing we've had to do for the house. We had about 17 shutters installed around the house and blinds with curtains for the rumpus and dining. It just makes the house look much more sophisticated and classy. The pricing was reasonable compared to other companies and we had no trouble during the installation as they clean up after themselves. We are extremely happy with the service and the results.
