Was very excited to get their design services for my new house as their portfolio looks absolutely amazing. However they did not respond to any of my emails and phone calls which was such a shame and ultimately led me to another designer. Seeing one of their responses to another review about them not being able to respond due to Covid seems like a cop out as many businesses had successfully transitioned to working from home and were all able to access their emails and calls from home; it’s not like you can’t access an email offsite or anything. It really seems like they’re selective with

Just wanted to take a moment and say a huge thank you! Last night, my home was filled with the beautiful scent of my new candle. I walked into my bedroom to see our newly framed art now hanging over our bed with our beautiful Murano glass pendants either side and then climbed into my bed with its new linen in colours I wouldn’t have thought to chose but look so incredibly amazing with everything in the room. I can’t wait to see it with the curtains installed! I know I’ve said it before but felt I need to say it again - I am truly grateful for the team @ Concept DCF, especially Mandy & Senka

The exceptional service, guidance and patience the team has provided throughout the construction journey, particularly Mandy, her client service is impeccable and friendly.
Mandy continuously checked up on the progress of the house, made me feel getting my house particularly… my kitchen profile was a priority for her. she liased with the cabinet maker all the way so the final finish of the kitchen joinery was exact the style and color we envisioned!!

We have recently used Concept design for interior decor of our new home.
The professionalism and creativity of the team was beyond mine and my wife's expectation.
The team is lead by Mandy and the designer is Alex, both impeccably talented and understanding of the customer (being us) needs and vision for our home.
From the entrance of the house to the study/office area all the way through the leaving and dining room and going into the rumpus room, everything had a flow and uniqueness and matched our family dynamic and charisma.
Big shout out to Alex as she was amazing all through out the process

Highly recommend CDCF! Mandy helped us prepare our home for sale with her expert eye for how we could enhance the arrangement and styling of our own furniture, with only some budget inclusions. We used Concept Design for the build of our home. I was sceptical on using designers because I was worried it would take the creativity out of building, but it did the complete opposite and its been the best decision we made. It simplified the process and the results we're achieving are beyond what I would have achieved without their help. I worked with Cetti and I absolutely LOVE her work and ideas. She just got me and my style so quickly and easily. Mandy has a great team, you will not be disappointed with the results!

Considering we had a tight budget to work with we still went ahead and consulted Concept Design through a referral. Meeting Mandy and Lisa who were most helpful and working within our budget has given us a Community Hall that is the "talk of the town" and found its place in our local Leader Newspaper.
