Jarrod was an excellent tradesman. He arrived on time, communicated with me to confirm arrival time. Conducted assessment when he arrived, advised me what he was going to do and made the process really easy. He was extremely professional, advised he had been “double vaxed” and went above and beyond - worked until 8pm to ensure my house was secure.

I called 4 locksmiths before I found Jarrod who could come to the house & extract a broken key from the door. He was able to come in 40 mins rather than one locksmiths suggestion of tomorrow (I was locked out of the house!). He was friendly, efficient & helped address an issue in the door frame which had contributed to the key breaking off. Would 100% recommend. Thanks Jarrod!

Jarrod fixed our front door lock and changed the locks over on both front and back doors. He communicated well so I knew when he was coming, was lovely to deal with and did an excellent job. It was a bit fiddly to fix up the door handle and lock as it wasn't properly done originally and he then explained features I didn't realise the lock had! I would highly recommend him to anyone, he was even nice to the dog and kids!
