DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Not one to write a bad review... Bond clean booked directly with owner Eddie via email , date and time confirmed. Waited 1 hour on the day of clean and called his mobile which continued to ring out. This company was a no show and completely ghosted me which resulted in a mad scramble to find an alternative cleaner which cost $850 instead of the $400 initially budgeted. Zero stars from me! it forced me to select 1 star to be able to post this.

Very disappointed. I even don't want put one star but I have to.
I had a booking of Bond cleaning last week, but when it is the time 8:30am they come, nobody didn't show up so I had to make a call to the company, his name was Eddie, he thought my booking was a week before. but we both checked the date and he apologized he had mistake and he put me in 12pm instead. so ok I waited to 12pm but nobody didn't come even 12pm:( so I called Eddie, but he didn't answer anymore. What a rude:( I am normally not the person who complain, but I could not stand for it. so, I had to find different cleaner but

I have been using Topnotch Cleaning for the past 5 years now. Well done. Thank you to all. I arrived home after picking my wife up from the airport. Wonders will never cease. She was overjoyed at how clean I kept the house. Thanks guys. I’m not in the dog house today. I have and still will promote you when and where I am. Anyone reading this. Excellent. Cleaning team did a splendid job, conscientious and skilled in good time. And, to top it off, were laughing and smiling at the end of it. Very pleasant people. I cannot recommend highly enough. I am sure when I require a cleaning service in the future Topnotch Cleaning will be my first choice.

I'm not one to complain but when you are paying professionals for a job to be well done I would expect a much better service. Not happy with the work and really regret handing over the payment. Started off by being late and when I returned the place was still dirty, I just wiped over part of the floor with a sponge and it was visibly dirty and also the carpet cleaning was included and definitely not adequate as there where parts that had not been vacuumed. Unsure what took them 5+ hours. Also when calling to discuss the issues, the boss was not particularly helpful or concerned. Would not recommend

They provide excellent commercial cleaning services. Top notch cleaning has been cleaning our office premises for the last couple of years and has been doing a great job. I like their honesty and reliability. Before leaving they ask our office supervisor to have a look around the place and see if everything appears satisfying to them. If not they will stay up late and continue cleaning and will not leave until the work is clean and satisfying. They also proficiently maintain an inventory to quickly replace the necessary sanitary items once it is used up.

I searched so hard when I moved to my new place. I read reviews of dozens of cleaning services, and finally decided to try Top Notch Cleaning. Tried deep cleaning for the first session, because we have some construction dust. I was concerned they won't be able to clean very well, but everything turns out great.
I have been using Top Notch for about half a year now, and they have not disappointed me once.
Although it depends on the cleaner you get, they maintain the high quality overall. Both the contact person and the cleaners are very nice, easy-going, and respectful.

Had an excellent experience with Top Notch Cleaning. The two cleaners that came were lovely to deal with and did an extremely thorough job - this was an end of lease clean with so much work needed, they arrived on time, assessed the situation and got straight to work. 5 hours later in the middle of a heatwave they were still working so hard, then the carpet cleaners came and finished the job. The Real Estate found a few minor issues after but they came back and sorted everything - very happy with the work completed and I got my full bond back. Thank you so much to Eddie and your team!
