Services
Frank Bonica first identified a niche in the industrial sector and so began Waverley Steam & High Pressure Cleaners. Frank successfully operated the business for some twenty years, then Michael Kalms took the reins for a period of twelve years and built the business further. The business is now owned and operated by Dean Da Costa.
At PPG Industries we have used Waverley Steam and High Pressure cleaning for over 20 years. I have been personally involved with them for the last 10 years. Peerless Foods has engaged the services of Waverley Steam & High Pressure Cleaners over many years. I have personally used their services to high pressure clean the externals of two rendering cookers and the internals of one water tube boiler. Dean undertook this work on weekends and during a Christmas shut so as not to interrupt our operations. Dean and his staff are able to enter the steam drum so all straight tubes and ‘D’ tubes are cleaned. I have always found Dean to be professional, flexible, and committed to quality workmanship. We will again be using Dean’s services when our water

PPG Ind manufacture solvent based paints and resins. The equipment onsite that requires cleaning is located in hazardous zoned areas, Waverley have serviced PPG Ind for many years and have always been flexible and adaptable in meeting our needs at short notice and weekends to prevent extended downtime of critical plant processes. Due to the hazardous nature of the site, the tasks come with their own hazards. Dean and his team are always conscientious and abide by all the safety critical work methods and clearances onsite.
