Coastal Locksmiths stock a wide range of key blanks. Most of our keys are cut in store using the latest Silca key cutting equipment manufactured in Italy. We are also a registered Lockwood service agent and can order registered Lockwood Traka owner keys. Lockwood construction Traka keys are used during construction, when a builder gains entry using the construction key.
We sell an extensive range of locks and keys, including a large selection of padlocks, sliding door lock options and deadlocks. Had a broken lock at a holiday rental. Called them up and were advised they were short staffed due to Covid, but they had someone nearby who might finish a job early and be able to get here today.
Lachie called me in under 2 hours and arrived 10 minutes later. He was able to get the door open and replace the broken lock in half an hour.
Good guy, knew his stuff, got it done and cut a new key.
Highly recommend this business and their people.

Don't engage Coastal Locksmiths to install a smart lock as they have no idea how to install it or how it works, specifically the Gainsborough Freestyle, on this occasion. Their technician had to come back three times, and the device still isn't working correctly. It's not a good situation when you hire and pay a professional to do a job, yet they are not trained in the product. When purchasing, Coastal did not have the wireless bridge in stock for this lock and said to grab it from Bunnings. Coastal Locksmiths failed to point out that the wireless bridge door sensor needs to be installed in the

Our family was locked out of a holiday rental in Anglesea after hours. Lachie came to our rescue despite being an hour's drive away at the time. The lock had seized up due to marine air so he replaced the barrel and made it so the existing key would continue to work with the same key. He worked hard and carefully and had all the necessary parts and tools in his van. I thought the after hours charge was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend their service.

Not at all what I expected. After a call to see if they could do a car key cut, I arrived at a very professional, clean and well organised operation. The bloke that served me was maintained a high level of customer service from start to end ensuring the key worked as per my requirements. A recommended service on the surfcoast and surrounding areas. Great job lads!

I needed a spare key cut for my old Toyota HiLux. The key was worn and several "key cutting places" in several towns (we passed through on our trip) had said they were unable to help me.
The guys at Coastal initially had some difficulty trying to cut my old worn key, however they didn't give up and persisted where many wouldn't have.
I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and expert friendly service.
