Did a great job for us. The quality of the work and finish was superior (pardon the pun), more so considering that we had several quite damaged sections of timber flooring near access areas, you would not know it now. After the main work was quoted I asked if they could also fix the edges on the internal wooden stairs where I had a painting mishap, did so for a very reasonable price extra and it looks like new. They are simply good, honest and professional to deal with.

We love our newly restored floor, under the old carpet was this beautiful original kauri pine. It was water stained and Japan black in spots, and 3 boards needed replacing too, after repairs sanding and 3 coats of gloss it come up like new! Peter and the team where knowledgeable, prompt, trustworthy and demonstrated high quality workmanship.

I’m a site manager for a building company and this company delivered a high quality job for me in my home.
Pete was booked to sand our floors 2 weeks in advance due to us having to move out into a hotel for Pete to complete the floors.
Pete committed to the date and complete the works in 3-4 days.
This was exactly what we had planned and Pete delivered.
We had large defects in the timber floors that were not problem for Pete to fix at no extra charge.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pete to anyone needing their timber floors sanded and polished.

I can't say how happy I am with our new floors. The lacquer on our old floors had turned an awful shade of orange. Peter and his team were so wonderful to deal with - quick and efficient giving quotes for sanding and republishing, also looking at potential staining options for us. When they did the sanding and polishing I couldn't believe the difference. They look absolutely fantastic and they did two rooms in a day and a half. Great value and fantastic quality - would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Our floors have never looked better! Peter did a wonderful job bringing our tired red spotted gum floors back to life. He also worked a miracle on our very tired timber floor outside on the balcony. He not only worked efficiently and professionally but was a pleasure to deal with. I couldn’t recommend him and his work any higher.

I highly recommend Peter from Superior Floor Sanding & Polishing if you want high quality and beautiful results. We bought an old house and ripped up the carpet, then Peter came and did his magic and now our floors look AMAZING! Peter's knowledge and years of experience, means he is able to provide great advice on which finishes to go with and he was also able to check for any asbestos (which is sometimes the case in old homes). Peter was friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. Our polished floors look so much better than we ever thought they could. We are ecstatic with the results.

Peter's team were amazing from start to perfect finish. They were reliable, courteous and efficient.My new house is old but the floors came up beautifully. even the newly painted skirting boards were barely scuffed. I would highly recommend this company. The very reasonable price was an added bonus, as was their attention to detail and adherence to the outlined time schedule. 11 out of 10!

Pete and co did an absolutely fantastic job on bringing our floors back to life. The house is 60 years old and the floorboards were very tired. He spent the time to fix, putty and nail before sanding and coating the boards and now the house looks new again. He did the job in two stages so we could move the furniture around and even came over on a Sunday to finish the job on time. I cannot recommend Pete highly enough.
