What can I say? JOHN DID AN AMAZING JOB. Due to recent snowstorm and all the snow melting on the roof, my ceiling started to leak. I needed someone ASAP! I called John and he picked up and said he'll stop by the next day to look at it. He stopped by and he was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain to what the issue was. Not knowing anything about roofs he carefully explained it down to homeowners terms. Gave a reasonsable price and came the following day and the work was done within hours. John is reliable, knowledgeable, dependable and trustworthy. A man with culture. THANKS JOHN!!!

Called Big John’s for an estimate to repair a leak in my roof. They showed up, assessed issue, gave me a quote. As promised, returned next day with required materials and made repairs. Tech Steve also informed me that there was a trash bag stuffed in my main plumbing vent which he removed for me. This was causing a sewer smell within my home. He even sent me a video of the roof so I could see what was wrong. So glad I called Big John’s. They delivered! A+ service

My neighbor and I did a combined project of replacing our roof. When you call Big John Roofing and hear their message their slogan is "We show up." Not only did they show up as promised, they met every commitment in the original quote to a T and more. Their delivery was spot on and exceeded expectations. The attention to detail, especially from John, was far above what I've come to expect from other contractors. The onsite team was very respectful, polite, professional, and clearly skilled and experienced. It felt like they were caring for my house as they would their own. Highly recommend.

He did my whole roof but there's still continued leaks. I called several times and my girlfriend tried several times and left him a message, got no response. When I emailed him, his response was nasty and wouldn't come back to look at my roof. I spent thousands of dollars for poor workmanship and quality. Even my insurance company said they wouldn't cover the claim because of poor work and materials.
I see John replied that the person managing my property hung up on him. From what she says, he never answered but even if I give him benefit of the doubt, I can’t because he never and never answered

I was in a bind as my tenant called me and told me the roof was leaking, wetting her bed which she had to push around to get it out of the path of the leak. I called a couple places and George came to my rescue giving me a same day appointment. After inspecting the roof he told me what had to be done and explained how it would be done.

I called to schedule an appointment which was set up between 12:00pm and 2:00pm for 08/24/21.
No one ever showed up. I reached out to the company to find out what happened the person that answered promised to call me back of course this never happened. I called back and no I get an answering service. Big John Roofing is very Small when it comes to customer appreciation and satisfaction.

I asked John to fix the roof on my mother's house. He came by and kindly both identified and explained the work that needed to be done. As it turned out, I ended up asking for him to work on the house roof, garage roof, the attic ventilation, the chimney, the flashing for the windows, and further waterproofing for the house + top of garage. [I need work done on my own roof; what he said jibed with the recommendations I have been getting for my own home, so I felt his recommendations were reasonable.] He and his crew member did both thorough and quick work, and he was really nice about answering

We called John because our roof was leaking into the top floor of our 6 floor building. John came within a few hours of my call and was able to give me a quote that day. He also took video and pictures of the problem as he knew the owners of the building were in the UK and need to see the issues prior to approving the work. The weather was bad first few days. While John and crew waited for dryer weather they came to our building to remove weight from the roof so no more water would push through the leaking roof and cause more damage. Once the weather dried up the crew was on our roof making repairs
