From the first call to Katherine, with clear and calm voice, it was apparent this team was efficient, professional and very helpful. At very short notice Liam came, quoted and delivered. Huge tree stumps are no problem to them, and true to the name Redback, they show "no mercy" to clearing unwanted vegetation (Liam, from NE Victoria is well experienced with trees and red-backs alike). Reasonably priced for their expertise and experience. Thank you 5 stars....

Redback were an amazing business to deal with. Right from the first call for a quote their service and communication was first class. I had contacted a couple of other tree service providers who didn't even bother responding to my call. Redback were super professional, they provided follow up notifications, arrived on time for the quoting and also completing the job and their office staff are friendly and efficient. To be honest one of the best business experiences I have had for quite some time!!!

We used Redback for some tree removal and were incredibly happy with the level of service and professionalism throughout the whole process.
The owner Liam came to provide a quote for us and he was extremely friendly and able to provide helpful advice on how to go about the removal of our trees. The messaging service telling us confirming the quote time and then when to expect him was impressive.
The tree crew worked so efficiently and quickly that they were done and gone before you could make them a cup of coffee. The stump removal was completed a couple of days later and the communication from

These guys are absolutely professional.
Our tree was reasonably tall, on a slope and hung over the fence close to our neighbour's property, as well as hanging over our gutters.
The team were on time, well-prepared, friendly and professional with their communication, and certainly professional with their skills as well.
Our tree had dropped a branch during some recent high winds, and after emailing them to get an earlier time, we were bumped ahead twice, as gaps became available, so the tree was removed a *month* ahead of when it was originally booked.
I hope the whole team at Redback Tree Services

Absolutely brilliant.....The way the quote was done, and the information on the quote, with copies of their insurance and certifications.. Very pleasing... Then on Monday, Justin and his crew, had an afternoon they could do my 'quick' job. And to come back home after the job was complete, their tidy-up of the branches and twigs, was second to none. From start to finish, the need to have some dead wood taken out of my large gum tree, was carried out with perfection... Thank You
