In regards to payments and fees, we have 1 admin charge of $16.50 payable during move in - the rest is your rent only! In the circumstance that your paymet is late, there is a $10 charge per instance so we recommend setting up direct debits. We are very fair in terms of excusing payment errors for public holidays and payroll issues but reoccuring arrears are penalised.
Use packaging materials such as cartons, porta-robes, paper, tape and bubble wrap to protect and maintain your goods while in storage. Heavy items such as books or tools should be packed in smaller cartons to make them easier to handle. Do not place items inside fridges or freezers as the shelves and linings can be easily marked and damaged.
I just wanted to give some feedback regarding the fantastic service I received from Marina, the Facility Administrator at Stormart Mansfield. Marina was very helpful during my initial phone enquiry and followed up the call with detailed quotes via email. When I decided to proceed with renting storage at Mansfield she responded quickly to my need to establish a storage unit as quickly as possible.

We were looking for a storage space and decided to try out Stormart Mansfield and we feel it is the best decision we have made. The place is always clean and well maintained with good lighting and 24 x 7 accessibility .Brendan and Marina extend very efficient and courteous customer service and are extremely helpful. We would highly recommend Stormart Mansfield to anyone looking for a secure storage place with convenient location.

I needed storage in a hurry and thank goodness I found Stormart. Marina and Brendan were very courteous and friendly. Without their help I would have over estimated the storage size and would have had to pay more. Their long term storage rates are very competitive and the 24/7 access is very convenient.

Stormart Self Storage Mansfield have been excellent since we started using them to store our business materials. Their customer service is outstanding and nothing is too much trouble if you need some advice about packing or storage. Their monthly emails to remind us about payment are friendly and helpful.

Have used Stormart Mansfield for 7 months now and it's the perfect facility! 24/7 easy secure access. VERY clean facility, including the sheds, driveways, office and even the toilet. Staff are super friendly, helpful, and very attentitive - there was a minor issue with the lights and door one night and I spoke to one of the guys in the office the next day and he happily fixed it that day.
Great rates, was actually the lowest storage shed rates for any facility that I found in South Brisbane! I also got a great promo deal when I signed up which included 2 free months of storage and a starters packaging

Great convenient location. Staff are friendly and helpful and always offer competitive rates. They even have a great range of packing materials to purchase plus cold drinks and clean amenities. Easy pin code access, not on a busy road and plenty of parking. Would definitely use Mansfield Stormart again. :)
