It 's a nice experience. Today I have ordered one Copen 3-Seat Sofa and one unit of Madison Bookcase. Although there are no products available in stock, I am still happy to wait five months for this new deliverry.

I purchased a coffee table and entertainment unit from this place and once they got delivered, we realised that the size is not a proper fit for our room. We contacted store within 2-3 days to exchange it with another one with the size which fits better but they refused to exchange/refund. We were ready to pay any delivery charges/additional charges but they said no. I am not happy with the customer service at all as now i am stuck with more than 5k of furniture which looks a misfit in my living room. With such a big brand and big price this kind of customer service was not expected.

I purchased furniture for my lounge, dining room and study. Some items were custom made and others ex stock. Every item arrived, very well packed, on time. The support from Patrick and the delivery team was absolutely outstanding. I have asked for one of the bookcases to be swapped with another display unit. Patrick was extremely accommodating with my request and has put that into motion
This is the second lot of furniture bought from Oak Furniture Collection, first being my bedroom furniture, that I bought 2 years ago. This is still in excellent condition.

Purchased a small dining suite, nest of tables and shoe cabinet. The furniture is great quality with lovely finishings.
Staff were helpful, not pushy or coercive. She gave us space to inspect and deliberate and answered all questions. The delivery guys were quick and efficient. Really couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

We bought a fabulous, superb quality, large solid oak dining table. Delivered very quickly (within 2 weeks of purchase). On close inspection, it had some very, very slight damage (hardly noticeable). We contacted the store, sent a photo, and within 4 days, we had another one delivered!

Good Quality Furniture, Great Price, Great Product, Great Service. We are very well pleased with the purchase of 2 queen bed with Mattress. Would recommend Oak Furniture Castle Hill without a doubt. In the last order along with the Mattress we had a wardrobe which the delivery people did their best to get the wardrobe upstairs but after all the efforts they have to take it back. Appreciate all the efforts by the delivery people. All Sales manager at Castle Hill are always willing to help address all issues.
