Jamie came and did such a great job at our apartment block. He found the source of the mites, removed their nests, blocked up the holes, sprayed the apartments & ceiling all in record time. He was being bombarded by all the neighbours and he was friendly and professional. We will be requesting him again in the future.

Requested a pest control to be done in October. First job the job was too sloppy. Not enough attention to detail. Noticed the insecticide used didn’t seem to work on the pests so we had to call for a second pest control as the first one didn’t work. Initially we were told to wait a week for the insecticide to work but seeing the pests r still very much alive we called again and was told to wait another 2 weeks for the insecticide to work. So eventually after 3 weeks of wait we called to book a service as their insecticide is useless!

The guy who took the booking for inspection agreed to do an excellent job with both visual inspection and thermal imaging. However, the technician, although looked like an experienced chap, turn-up at the property for termite inspection only with a cheap moisture-meter! Sounded overconfident, did a hush-hush job and lacked attention to detail. the Inspection report was emailed to me within an hours or so, but looked like a pretty generic report! Their disclaimers - Important Information- on page 2 and other sections in the report meant, they have no confidence in their work with almost negligent
