Documentation - technical resolution of construction and the production of drawings and specifications with which you can obtain detailed quotes from builders. Contract administration - certifying payments to the builder during construction for work completed in accordance with the design, providing advice and details and liaising between you and the builder.

Very happy with the professional service. We needed some ideas on how to renovate our 1950's house. These architects are great and friendly. They walked us through the design process, came up with some fantastic ideas we had not thought of and kept within our budget. We highly recommend this practice and glad we didn't use a drafting service that we had considered earlier. The difference in service and results is worth it.
