Are you ready to put your ideas for your new project on to paper, or have you built something without permission and need help with? Maybe you already have sketches or drawings to show me? That's now where I can step in and help you, to get all required documentation for your Building Permit Application to your Local Council.
A Certificate of Design Compliance (CDC) is required in order to obtain a building permit from the permit authority (your local council) to construct a new building or new incidental structure. A Certificate of Construction Compliance (CCC) is required in order to obtain an Occupancy Permit from the permit authority (your local council) to occupy a newly completed or a partly completed class 2 - class 9 building.

I have dealt with Antje both personally and professionally, she certainly knows what she is doing, she got my approval thru quickly and in the time that she said she would. I have used her also to do retrospectives for sellers and she did this without any delays or pain. I would highly recommend her and would use her again when needed.
