HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!! Zip Boiler, sparkling water install. We were charged $1,670 (even after asking for a discount on the original quote = $1,870), it turns out Appliances online and Zip themselves only charge $550 to install a Zip tap including stone hole cutout. If only I had shopped around and not fallen for the call out fee no return issue.

Hot water system was not working. Had a plumber from here to have a look. It looked like he had pretty much made up his mind before investigating the problem he was going to replace it. He came had a look and made up stories how it was an old unit (made in 2016) and that the unit has had its life. He said there is a leak inside and you can get an electrician to fix the unit inside which cost $500 to $600 and get a bit of life out of it or install a brand new unit for over $3200 and not worry about for 10 years.
As this did not sit with me well I got another plumber to have a look who came on same

I have used Rhino and his team since 2016.
When he started his business in 15/16 I always remember him taking a call from a client (tenant) at 1am Sunday and driving from the Gold Coast to fix a HWS in Coorparoo. Obviously clients (both landlord and tenant happy) and myself as head of PM at the time extremely satisfied with response time and customer experience.
He and his team have done work on several of my personal properties and several of my clients personal properties. Leadership from top down, accountability from bottom up is exemplary.

Its now about 6 months of so since these guys repaired my horrific drainage issues where my yard was continually wet unless we had no rain for 6 weeks min. I cant believe how good it is now, the past week has been horrifically wet yet I was able to mow my rear lawn after 2 days and not need floats on the mower. Absolutely blown me away fully, especially after I contacted another so called drainage place with a catchy name and was basically ripped off. Anyone who needs the problems fixing and doesnt contact these people is not going to be as happy as I am. 10 years I was told it was unfixable, 1

After we requested a callout via the website and quickly got a response with a booked date and time, Jake from Brisbane Plumbing and Drainage turned up on time and was able to quickly and correctly diagnose the underlying issue from symptoms of poor water flow and intermittent hot/cold temperature with our aging 'instant on' gas hot water system, and recommend a replacement system with more appropriate specs and optimal pipe diameter for improved water flow - we were able to book that replacement installation in before Christmas, (a week after that diagnosis) - amazing considering the long lead

Brisbane Plumbing and Drainage will be my go-to problem solver for any future plumbing issues! I have no hestiation to recommend them.
I had a brass pipe burst inside the wall cavity last night. Fortunately I chose to contact BP&D for emergency plumbing. Excellent communication throughout from answering my panic call, explaining the process, texting me before arrival till performing the repair which involves opening the brick wall to replace the rupture pipe.
A big shout out to Mitch, Michael and Brendon for efficiently getting this challenging job done, willing to walk extra mile and putting

My appt time was between 6-8am and Luke arrived right on 6am. It was awesome because it meant that the leak on my washing machine hose was fixed first thing to start my day!!😀
