Luke and Ben did the quotes and were punctual and easy to contact. Cameron and Lachie did the main jobs on our site. Good team up who did the jobs with no fuss and cleaned up afterwards. Cody installed the outdoor toilet and was… meticulous, he wanted it done right instead of just quickly. Lylana from the office was also a gem to deal with, keeping me updated on appointments and availability.

LCL Plumbing were really helpful when I contacted them. They explained very clearly the process, costs, etc. and there was no pressure to engage the service.
I booked a service call and the plumber rang me to give me a ETA, was very efficient in unblocking the drain and explaining what the issues were.
The pricing was very competitive compared to other companies, and they did not request an up front payment.
The plumbers that came were 2 young men who were very courteous and respectful of my premises. They knew what the problem was almost immediately.

I live in the SE. Subs, I had a problem with my drainage system as the drainage pipe lines were incorrectly fitted which ended up with toxic smell coming out from the shower drainage, together with the toilet and wash basin flooding all the time, two different issues. I contacted LCL Plummer's after reading through all the jobs they do. Ben came out to my place on time as scheduled and with his camera down the drain he figured out the problem straight away. We had water flooding issue at the front yard of our house for a few days after the storm rain during late Oct and early Nov. We had Ben T who called us half an hour before to let us know he was on his way, then came on time. He was quick and fast in dignosing the root cause of the problem, and have an inquisitive mind to go to understand and resolve it for us. We were very happy that he explained well to us and his knowledge on the plumbing well deserved for any future customers to trust LCL Plumbing staff in any plumbing problems.

The two workers arrived promptly and were polite. We had to call them to unblock our drain which they did. We ran a few tests after and everything seemed ok, so they left for their next job.
A short while later the drains were blocked again, however the guys were more than happy to come back that same night to resolve the issue.
We even received a call from the owner Luke the next day to follow up and make sure the issue was fixed. Highly recommended

These guys are great! We had a tough ask with an unknown water leak and broken sewerage pipes between a number of properties but they were able to identify and fix the problem in record time. No mess, no fuss and they even got the job despite some typical Melbourne hail thrown in! Would highly recommend.

Contact with LCL Plumbing started with a call to Alison, who said she would check the work schedule and call back. After a short wait Alison advised that Cody would be on site later in the afternoon. Cody arrive about 4pm-ish with able apprentice at his side. Within what seemed like no time they had discovered the blockage, cleared it, and identified the cause which went back to the build of the house when pipes were laid. I hired LCL plumbing to clean and inspect my storm water pipes as part of an investigation into the source of cracking in my house. After my insurance plumbers had already been through and found nothing, Ben from LCL located a crack and quoted a fair price for repairs. Luke and Allison over the phone, and Ben, Ethan, Kane and Cody in person, were extremely professional and friendly, and very thorough in doing their job the right way. I don't hesitate to recommend them, and I'll definitely be hiring them again in the future. They're a good bunch.
