Our Plank Engineered Floorboards consist of multiple layers of wood, that have been bonded together under heat and pressure. The top layer is visible and generally comes pre-finished upon purchase. Great customer service and excellent variety of beautiful rugs and timber flooring.
We were assisted and looked after well. The customer service was superb.. explained all the care and instructions to look after the rugs better than any other rug stores.
We ended up finding what we liked ! And prices were better than other rug stores.

BE WARNED - DO NOT ENGAGE - DO NOT ENTER - Excellent salesmanship until you pay, after that the tone completely changes. It is as if you are talking with different people. Extremely unfriendly. Luckily we only bought a rug and didnt have our floor done. Never want to deal with them again.
For the delivery only one person arrived to deliver the huge rug. While I went inside to get a 2nd person to help, the person slamped the rug onto the ground and dragged it from the road over the footpath along our garden path to the door, ripping the plastic covering and hence dragging our $3,000 rug over dirty

Installed the floor about a year ago.
I would never recommend this place. They installed scotia in rooms without any communication. Luckily I found it out before they started installing the floors in the livingroom. At least my living room doesn't look so outdated with scotia. They were also going to install the ugliest flat cover on my livingroom to level out the tile floor and the new floor. The technician said the colour of the cover was the best one, and the colour was called "bug colour". My floor is white tile and tan coloured floor. We are delighted at the appearance of our new floor!! It looks absolutely amazing and we are truly happy as a result. Excellent service provided by the whole team. Project manager was excellent, he explained everything in detail about installation process, we were very clear with what to expect after installation of our floor boards. Great salesmanship in the showroom, but once they had our money the communication diminished to zero! This was particularly the case when it came to the installation process & extra costs. After an initial home inspection we were told that our floors were level enough for the oak flooring that we wanted, but on the day of installation it cost us a… massive 50% more to get them levelled. Rosie and Rashed recently assisted me in selecting and installing my new kitchen flooring - European oak floorboards. The entire experience was excellent. Rosie matched the colour perfectly (to my recently… installed sisal which adjoined the kitchen flooring). The installation was well co-ordinated with the floor levelled a week prior to the floorboards being installed. Rashed made an on-site inspection visit during the installation. The entire process was streamlined and no issues at all - despite me living on the top floor of an Art Deco apartment block with no lift! Many thanks to Rosie

We purchased all our flooring from Sydney Art. Not only we found the best quality, but their customer service was really above and beyond our expectations. When our builder needed urgently the stairs nosing, the owner of the company brought it in his car to our house so we don't miss any milestone. We had the floorboards in our unit replaced by Sydney Art Flooring, we also paid for the extra furniture removal. We moved the majority of our furniture into our rooms to help out, with the only remaining furniture being our couch, TV unit and dining table. Of the 3 items of furniture, the installers broke 2! The glass in our TV unit and the… headrest of our couch. After install the couch was left in pieces (not put back together like they found it). When this was brought to the attention of Sydney Art Flooring, they contacted their installers while i waited for a call back to guide me on

I am very pleased with the professional service provided by Sydney Art Flooring.Consultant in a shop spent a lot of time explaining us the differences in between all possible types of flooring. It was very important for us that everything was done on time as we have a very busy lifestyle. We made an appointment in a shop for measurements and it was… arranged within couple of days and installation of the floors was done within 1 week.
